What cities do you have cohorts in?
- We focus on second-tier cities overlooked by EO and YPO, but we have cohorts nationwide. If you are a CEO in a second-tier USA city, you’re on an island. No peers. No accountability. No tribe. CEOhort curates your local cohort for you.
Any revenue requirements to join?
- No revenue requirements. Our mission is simple… 8 CEOs in your city, running real companies, meeting monthly, pushing each other forward. We don’t have hard minimums like EO ($1M+) or YPO ($12M+). It’s about curating equals, not bragging about size. We screen for real operators and will never put you in a room with “idea guys,” consultants prospecting (we have a no solicitation rule), or wantrepreneurs.
- Our members commonly seek an alternative to the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Tiger 21, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Vistage, Hampton, or Business Network International (BNI) peer networks. After being a member of these peer networks, we found that a dedicated, high-caliber accountability group is vital for talking shop, self-improvement, sharing investment deal flow, goal setting, and so much more!

When will I get assigned to a local cohort?
- You will be placed in a local cohort based on availability. If demand is high in your area, you’ll be added to a waitlist until a new cohort has at least 5 members (5-8 is the optimal cohort size).

How many members are in each local cohort?
- Seats capped at 8. Optimal cohort size is 5–8. Larger cities have multiple cohorts.
Is the group confidential?
- Yes, confidentiality and a strict no-solicitation rule are enforced.
When is the monthly meetup?
- Monthly cohort meetups are on the first Tuesday of the month at 2:30 PM (with a suggested 5:00 PM happy hour / dinner after to continue cohort growth/bonding).
- We book your local private meeting room and add each member’s name to the front desk for check-in.
